In the second full year of the office's operation, the number of people contacting it through various channels - electronic form, hotline, in person, or by mail - has increased significantly. The number of cases dealt with by the WPO has also increased - more than doubled. These cases include reports of illegal activities, advice to whistleblowers or legal entities, whistleblower protection proceedings, expert work, inspection activities, and others.
