Education of designated persons
According to the Whistleblower Protection Act, the designated person who verifies internal communications, must have professional qualifications to carry out their tasks. At the same time, the employer is obliged to ensure that the qualifications of the responsible person are maintained on an ongoing basis .
We provide free training to designated persons who perform tasks related to receiving and verifying reports of illegal activities. Our basic course, which should be completed by every employee charged with a desinated person's agenda, includes the topics:
- how to set up an effective internal reporting system,
- what a report of antisocial activity is and how to record it,
- how to review reports and communicate with whistleblowers.
In addition, we are continuously adding training modules for designated persons in other topics on our e-learning platform. For their completion, the participant can receive a certificate after passing the final online test.
